HOA dues, or Homeowners Association dues, is a yearly fee paid by residents who live in the Greenleaf community. These fees are used to cover various expenses associated with maintaining and improving the shared amenities (parks, basketball court and shared green spaces) costs for landscaping, trash collection in the parks, insurance premiums, and more.  By contributing to HOA dues, residents ensure the upkeep and enhancement of their community's overall value and quality of life.  You can access up to date budget information within the "Documents" section of the website.  
The fees for 2025 are $700.

1. You can pay directly from your invoice which was emailed to you on December 17th, 2024 just click the REVIEW & PAY link to pay via credit card, Apple Pay, or ACH or

2. Mail a check to:
