Architectural Control Committee
Welcome to our Architectural Control Committee (ACC) Requests section, where your vision meets our community standards. Here, residents can navigate the process for making architectural modifications to their properties, ensuring that changes enhance the beauty and harmony of our neighborhood while maintaining our collective aesthetic.

CC&R Section 2.7.1
Homeowners must request approval from the Architectural Control Committee prior to the commencement of any improvement upon any lot and/or prior to the commencement, creation, alteration, maintenance, movement, or removal of any addition, change or alteration of a residence (including, but not limited to, any building, fence, wall, driveway, walkway, patio, garage, storage shed, swimming pool, rockery, dog run, canopy, awning, greenhouse, sauna, screened porch, deck, room addition, exterior painting, replacement of existing roofing materials, and change or alteration to the lot’s grading, drainage or structure). This requirement also includes construction of new residences in the Phase 2 development.
The Committee shall approve or disapprove proposed plans within twenty (20) working days after the complete submission of all plans and specifications, and other materials and information, which the Committee may require. The Committee may require the applicant to reimburse the Committee for costs of inspections, plan review and consultants or other expenses that may be incurred by the Committee in the review and approval process of the plans. Approval of a project does not imply any waivers of or to the CC&R’s unless specified in the approval.
