Neighborhood Update
Good morning all - I wanted to pass this story along. Greenleaf is noted as part of the community who is appealing the Hearing Examiner's decision. It will now go to the Co. Council, scheduled for early July. We cannot lobby on this because it's considered quasi-judicial. Basically, they're simply reviewing the Hearing Examiner's decision for compliance with the law and that it followed the process. If/when the Co. upholds the HE decision, the next step would be a court appeal, which would be the final step in the process.
