The Eastview Village project is a mixed-use phased development project located off Cathcart Way in unincorporated Snohomish County. A total of 1,312 residential units are proposed with 61,000 square feet of non-residential commercial space, of which 30,000 square feet is defined as general retail. This project will greatly impact the Greenleaf Neighborhood with a planned through street on 79th Ave SE to Lowell Larimer adding up to 3000 daily trips down our roads.
